ROYALS IN SH0CK! Sarah Ferguson BREAKS SILENCE As She Prepares To FLEE UK For New £3.6m Seafront Mansion

Sarah Ferguson and Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor are not set to be housemates for much longer.

Sarah Ferguson once said her and Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor, who she has lived with at Royal Lodge since 2008, were the “happiest divorced couple” in the world. However, after months of recent scandals surrounding both of their previous associations with the late convicted paedophile Jeffrey Epstein, this no longer seems to be the case.

While Sarah, 66, and Andrew, 65, have lived together at Royal Lodge in Windsor for years, despite the fact they are divorced, this is no longer set to be the case. After being stripped of his royal titles by King Charles as a result of his previous friendship with Epstein, and the accusations hurled at him – all of which he strongly denies – Andrew also faced the blow of being told by his brother King Charles that he needs to leave his Windsor mansion.

Rather than live at the 30-room Crown Estate property, Andrew was told to pack his bags and move to a property on King Charles’ private Sandringham estate – a move which is set to take place within months.

It was then revealed that his ex wife Sarah would not make the move with him, and would instead make her own housing arrangements.

This came as a shock for many, with one royal expert believing that there could be one shocking reason why Sarah does not want to continue co-habiting with the former prince.

Speaking to The Mirror, former BBC royal correspondent Jennie Bond said: “I am surprised that it seems Sarah and Andrew are now going their separate ways. I thought they were joined at the hip, even though no longer in a romantic relationship.

“Sarah has always been so fiercely loyal to Andrew, defending him even in the face of the most sordid allegations. Perhaps she no longer believes him, or perhaps Andrew now wants to be on his own.”

Andrew continues to face accusations that he slept with Epstein victim Virginia Giuffre three times when she was just 17 – claims he has always denied.

Whatever the reason Sarah and Andrew will no longer co-habit, it has been revealed this week that Sarah could move to Portugal and reside in a £3.6 million mansion owned by her daughter Princess Eugenie and son-in-law Jack Brooksbank.

The mansion is at the Costa Terra Golf and Ocean Club resort in Melides, where Jack works.

This could be ideal for Sarah, with her daughter Eugenie, 35, spending plenty of time out in the sun-soaked country.

“MILLIONS PAID?..” The ROYAL MOVING COSTS That SHOCKED The UK — Prince William & Princess Catherine’s FOREVER HOME Secrets REVEALED! In a twist that’s left royal watchers speechless, Prince William and Princess Catherine’s long-awaited move to their “forever home,” Forest Lodge, has turned into the most unexpected royal headline of the year. Hidden deep within Windsor Great Park’s 300 acres of emerald tranquility, the estate radiates quiet grandeur — but the real shock isn’t what meets the eye. While the world expected another multimillion-pound royal splurge, insiders are whispering something very different: the final moving and renovation costs came in at a figure so low, even palace accountants double-checked the numbers. “It’s not about money — it’s about legacy,” one senior aide confessed. Behind those oak doors, King Charles’s subtle influence and William’s personal oversight have created a new kind of royal statement — humility wrapped in heritage. With eight elegant bedrooms, solar-powered energy systems, and hand-restored 19th-century details, Forest Lodge stands as both sanctuary and symbol — a home built not on opulence, but on purpose. Even more jaw-dropping? Sources say William rejected multiple luxury upgrades himself, insisting on eco-materials and repurposed royal resources to cut costs. “This isn’t extravagance,” a close insider revealed. “It’s responsibility — and renewal.” As the Wales family finally settles in, one thing is crystal clear: The future King and Queen aren’t just moving house — they’re moving the monarchy itself.
